How do I set up a Chart like this? No Widget seems to have functionality close to this.
I'm not sure if it is already in regular TWX foundation, but I do know that DPM has a widget that does this.

Did you look at the Schedule Chart widget? If that doesn't contain all the functionality you're looking for, we may be able to find the DPM widget Pai mentioned.

Where does this screenshot come from? Can't you get (ask?) access to the underlying Composer and check it yourself?
