The solution can work in ThingWorx 8.4 but I am using ThingWorx 7.4.

Hi @priyag3.

From further research it appears there is an extension for the ThingWorx version you are running.  However, it may require additional entitlements.

Please check the documentation available here.  You will need to confirm the product requirements detailed on page 12.

The extension is available on the support site (refer to the image below to locate it).  If you do not see this software under your login credentials, you will need to check with your Sales Rep to obtain an entitlement.
