How to overlay slider on image in mashup?

Can anyone provider a pointer to documentation or tutorial on how to overlay a slider widget on an image so that it appears as if its embedded in the image?

Been searching the forums and documentation and I've see various mentions of "Value Display" and widget overlays but not sure how to pull it off.

Any pointers?

As long as the area is non-responsive you can overlay any number of widgets.

So if your mashup is responsive, first you will need to add a Panel, then the Image widget then the Slider.
