Solved: I want to set the sub-menu horizontally

I want to set the sub menu horizontally below. is it possible?

top : topmenu | topmenu2

sub: submenu1 | submenu2.....

I think it's not possible out of the box. Currently we do it with a Sub-mashup which has a 1 level menu inside, it's not exactly the same but it works.
