@pavanpuppala99 Entities imported is from which ThingWorx version and persistence provider ? What exactly these entities contain and is there any dependency of extension which could be missing in imported instance.
Usually the application logs shows a more specific import error message. Go to Monitoring -> Application logs and this may help you understand why the import is failing.
