I am new to KepServer connectivity with Thingworx.  Is it possible transfer file from device to Thingworx using KEPServer?

With respect to your question the short answer is that this is not currently implemented in KEPServerEX / ThingWorx Industrial Connectivity. More information is available here.

 

If this is something you are looking for out of the box I would recommend visiting the ThingWorx Ideas section and submitting a Product Idea.
