You could use ThingWorx Flow. Out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 connector

Hi,

This only integrates with CRM, which is not that helpful. We are looking for integration to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Really need a solution for this.

Hello @abhiramk ,

After doing research on the web, it would seem that you need to configure Connected Field Service (CFS) for IoT Hub from Azure IoT Hub, you would need an Azure account. Connected Field Service is included with Dynamics 365 Field Service.  More info here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/installation-setup-iothub

From a broad picture perspective, this would connect to ThingWorx through a Azure IoT Connector which you can find here https://marketplace.ptc.com/apps/193323/azure-iot-connector-extension#!overview
