Even I am facing the same issue . Same problem with thingworx 8.3.3 version. Could you please help in this regard?

Can you provide some specifics on your use case and details regarding the problem you are experiencing.  The previous post that you reference is quite old, so we need to validate the issue.  Screenshots for describing the issue, etc. would be helpful.

Not an issue,I just opened up a case on it.I got the resolution .Thanks!
