Logout Function Issue - Gives pop-up instead of the Mashup Redirect or Error message

Using Logout Function, generally on Button Clicked Event calling this logout function, but it gives the pop-up to sign-in instead of redirecting to the login page or sometimes error message but logsout the session.
Thingworx Version: 9.2
