MailServer Thing Template

Hi All, I am new to thingworx and trying to complete the Arduino Uno weather app from the tutorial provided on the following link:

Weather App with Arduino Uno | ThingWorx

I am using a developer account and ThingWorx Composer 6.0. I am stuck at the following part of tutorial:

The step I am getting stuck on is where I have to create a Notification Thing and look for MailServer Thing Template.

I simply can't find MailServer Thing Template.

Any suggestions or inputs?

Hi Dinesh,

You may not have it already imported on your ThingWorx instance. Download it from thingworx market place http://marketplace.thingworx.com/downloads/mail/ and import it by going  in your ThingWorx Composer to Import/Export --> Extensions --> Import. 

Afterwards you should be able to find it among your templates when creating a new Thing.

I'm have a similar problem with MailServer - this time for Android App. The place on the net you point to Veronica is full of things, but hard to find the MailServer Ting Template there.

Yes, I actually found the material, but don't find any MailServer Thing Template. Do I have to create it myself from the downloaded files? And if so - should I know how to do just that?

Did you import the Mail extension on your thingworx instance and still cannot find the MailServer Template when creating a new Thing ?

Yes, I did. You can see the stuff on pictures attached: A Lib of jar-files and a XML-file:meta-data.

following I tried to import e.g. thingworx-mai-extenson into the Android Things, but without success. I don't know what to do with those files?

I downloaded mail extension from http://marketplace.thingworx.com/Items/mail-extension

But it failed with a error "

Mail_Extensions2.0.0

Extension : Mail_Extensions:2.0.0 does not comply with ThingWorx extension versioning requirements
