Layout has ability to be 'fixed' size as well as ability to specify relative growth/shrink
Potentially image widget has specific fixed size specification? Else have to leverage the layout.

Best is to just do it before creating.
You can also assign it to certain widgets and enforce a pixel size or relative size based on the widget or 'layout' it is in.
Can you please explain about fixing pixels of image using widget/layout?
