Not able to download the SSH File Transfer Protocol extension from PTC Market Place

I Could not able to download SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)  extension from PTC Market Place, Please send me extension file  if anybody already have that file.

A member of our team just happened to have this extension available so I am attaching it here.  I have raised an inquiry regarding why it's no longer available on the Marketplace.
