Not able to remove extensions from Thingworx Manage Extension?

Hello All,

We are using Thingworx 7.2.4. We are not able remove the extension from Extension Manager.

Seems like window is not loading properly(As shown in image below).

When we select extension &  Click on "delete extension button" nothing happens.

While inspecting the extension manager page found below mentioned error in file :-

"/Thingworx/Runtime/js/Combined.7.2.4-b46.20161007.022555.00905.js"

Could you please help.

Renuka, what sort of an extension is this? Did you check the application log for more detail on failing to remove the extension?

I am not able to remove any of the extension from Extension Manager. I am not getting any error on Application Log.

Renuka, is there no error at all even when you click on delete after selecting an extension? Have you tried in different browsers? If nothing comes up could you also change the application logging to trace before attempting to delete any extension also may be check the catalina.out log from Tomcat.

Was ThingWorx recently upgraded?

Thanks for the reply. I tried different browsers but still no luck.

I re-installed the thingworx & it is working ok now.
