OData in Thingworx

is it possible to provide Thingworx Services in a OData API for other tools without building a wrapper for this.

I am not clear what APIs you are asking about. The services on ODATA thing are available as REST APIs as any other ThingWorx service, the remote services on ODATA endpoints needs to be mapped to ThingWorx service per Exposing Services on the Integration Connectors to be exposed as a REST service by ThingWorx.
