I have used ImportUserPermissions in CollectionFunctions to import the permission file which i exported from another server. now where i can check the permission file successfully installed in thingworx.

You would have to check the collections and entities to which they should be applied to.
You can also do an export and compare the files perhaps?
Last resort, log in with the different roles to see if permissions applied.
