Production events not getting captured and no KPI calculations in RTPPM

Hi @kho1 ,

Did your issue get resolved? I am also facing the same issue. Production events are not getting captured and no KPI calculations are happening.

There is quite a bit of configuration involved in setting up RTPPM and getting the KPIs.

As it was recommended in the other article, please open a support ticket.
