where we need to write the code for checking this whether this temperature is greater then 30 or not , in twilio guide sample alerting app

Code is not required for this, there is an alert created which triggers when temperate goes above 30. 

When the alert triggers it executes the below subscription and message is sent.

Download and import the sample thing from Step 1 which contains the alert and the subscription,
