My thingworx composer can't import the file: Entities.xml

It says: Not acceptable

In the tutorial they open the version 7 but my version it's 8.

Could you please open Monitoring -> ApplicationLog and see what error appears in there? Probably some dependency.

Seems like it's missing the thingshape mentioned in the error. What happens if you manually create a thigshape with that name?
