Services hanging up

Hello,

I am running Thingworx 5 SP1. Ever since I installed the update, I have had issues with my services in my mashups hanging up. I have been using the resetthing service which was resolving the issue however, now the only way to resolve it is by restarting the server completely.

Hi Michael,

Can you provide your environment information (Java version, Tomcat, OS)? Looking back over some of your previous posts, I know you've run ThingWorx on both a Mac and Windows PC. Are you seeing these issues on both operating systems?

The issue appeared to be from the server in which I was querying. Thank you for the response though.
