Subscription is not updating value to Things Using Thingworx Composer

Subscription is not updating value to Things Using Thingworx Composer.

I have configured Template and Things. Set Alert and Subscription using JS. But, it is not updating values to Things Properties. Please help me. 

Subscription Code:

me.LastAlertLocation = 'East Weather Station'
me.Destination = 'Dust Storm'

Is the alert getting generated on which you had written the subscription code ? You can check from Monitoring Tab if alert is getting generated or not.

Make sure you enabled the subscription (they are disabled by default).
