Text in right sidebar grid is getting selected when user tried to pan or drag 3D Model from WebFrame

Hello All,

We have a web frame in Thingworx Mashup & we are showing a 3D Model in that web frame. Also we have a right sidebar & left sidebar.

left sidebar has list of tasks & right sidebar has instructions grid to perform a selected task. Once user selects task from left sidebar, right sidebar expands.

When right sidebar is expanded, then user is not able to pan or drag 3D Model. Every time user tried to pan or drag 3D Model, text in the right sidebar gets selected.

Could you please help in this.

Hello, Renuka.

Could you possibly grab a short screen capture of this and post it? It sounds like the web frame is in the background when the sidebars are active; it would be instructive to see it though.

Yes, you are right web frame is in background. When user tried to pan or drag 3D Model, text from instruction grid is getting selected.
