ThingView Widget Missing in Mashup Builder (ThingWorx 9.3)

Hi Community,

I am working on ThingWorx 9.3 and would like to use the ThingView widget in a mashup to visualize PVZ/3D models 

However, I cannot find the ThingView widget in the widget list inside Mashup Builder. From the documentation, I understand that the widget should be delivered with the Creo View WebGL Extension, but I do not see this extension listed under Monitoring → Extensions in Composer.

My questions:

• Where can I download or find the Creo View WebGL Extension for ThingWorx 9.3? as i have read in docu https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/For-use-Creo-View-widget-in-Thingworx-I-need-a-Pluging-for-my/td-p/512396 and its mentioned here that The ThingView widget is delivered with the Creo View WebGL Extension, which is automatically installed as part of ThingWorx Apps.

• Are there specific installation steps I need to follow to enable the ThingView widget?

Any guidance, download links, or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated.

To get it you need to purchase either Navigate or Creo View WebGL toolkit.

I am not aware you need Creo Illustrate installed to use it.

Thanks for info but we have only thingworx Navigate. We dont have Windchill Navigate...

If you scroll up in this community, you should see a grey header bar explaining "Thingworx Navigate is now Windchill Navigate". It was just a branding change.

ah! Got it! Thanks.. but now how can i get this widget in thingworx mashup? Any idea?

It should be in the list of the widgets in mashup composer, along with all the other Navigate widgets. If not, I guess something went wrong with the Navigate installation. Maybe then consider contacting support.

do you have any idea which package we need in order to have this Thingview widget. We have this product license called Navigation but we dont know which package we need in order to have this widget... Thank you

You need to download and install Navigate from here:

Alternatively you can create a support ticket and ask them to get just the widget, pointing out you are entitled to it per your license, but don't want to install the whole Navigate suite for it.

Thank you for the continuous support. We have contacted PTC as we have license for windchill navigation product and they have delieverd us this widget extension which we can use standalone in thingworx. Each product have different kinds of things which is sometimes confusing that where to find something specific related to the product.

Try clearing the browser cache and Tomcat cache as mentioned in the article CS238915

If you still cannot see the ThingView widget, it might be something wrong with the Navigate installation, and as Rocko suggested, please open a support ticket for troubleshooting.
