ThingWorx C SDK Example issue

Hi all, 

I am using following the C SDK guide:

At the guide, I am trying to follow the 'ExampleClient' example (step 3). I am building the example code properly, and I establish a connection to the platform. However, when I monitor the 'thing', I see it as an 'unbound', unlike the example. I have tried using the 'Administrator' user for the application key, but it didn't help. 

What am I doing wrong?

Are you able to show your Monitoring screen? If not, are you able to provide what 'Thing' you're trying to bind? Or are you running the code without changes?
