ThingWorx Licensing using DeviceId?

Does anyone faced with the same error message when trying to get a license for PTC ThingWorx 8.1?

This error message showed up when trying to retrieve license. Whatever device id value is typed, it will always throw this error page.

The page to get license is https://support.ptc.com/apps/licensePortal/auth/ssl/index

This should be problem of PTC Licensing team, but my account is not eligible to submit ticket. Or if anyone know how to please help let me know.
