Thingworx Application Log - Unknown error occurred

Hi

I am getting the error log at application log like "[message: [2,006] Unknown error occurred. Contact the administrator if this re-occurs.]". What is this? Any issues happening at system?

Which operations lead this message? search or something others?

Is there any context mentioned before or after this message?

Maybe can be ignored if this is not a valid error message.

I don't know exactly. But, whenever i am seeing the Application Log this error appearing. And it is completely random. I could not able to figure out the exact scenario.
