Thingworx Extension Problem

I cleared Thingworx Extension and restarted Tomcat, but Thingworx doesn't work. Restarting Tomcat and accessing the Thingworx address on the web will recreate the Extension that you deleted from C:\ThingworxStorage\extensions. Can you fix the problem?

Can you share the Application LOGS when you are restarting Thingworx?

Unfortunately, the problem could not be resolved immediately, so we proceeded with reinstalling windows and reinstalling Thingworx. Thank you for your reply.
