Thingworx could not initialize a secure socket connection

Hi everyone,

 

I am making the configuration to communicate KEPServerEX with the Thingworx platform on my computer. I'm using:

 

Thingworx Free Hosted Server 30 days
KEPServerEx 6.0
KEPServerEx 6.7
Windows 10 Pro

 

First I tried to perform the communication through KEPServerEX version 6.0 and it didn't work (image below).

After I tried using version 6.7 using the same settings and it worked (image below).

Is anyone able to assist me in this problem? Because I need to install version 6.0 on my client.

When I try to install version 6.7, it is requested to update the 2013 CRT and as this is in a windows server 2012 I am afraid that when updating this service it may negatively impact some existing communication. Here is the image below when I tried to install version 6.7 on my client:

How do I to verify what is the IP Address?


The only address I know is it:
