Thingworx flow events running for 3 days

Hi all,

I found some of Thingworx flow events are running for 3 days and I'm not able to stop execution from 'activity log' page. PFB image for reference

Could any one tell me how to stop this flow

Hi,

Try restarting service Thingworx Flow or use command pm2 restart all.

I tried all possible methods (restarted server too) till some events are running.

Hi,

Then try to restart all services related to Thingworx, Tomcat, Nginx, Flow, RabbitMQ.

Can you identify the workflows that are still running? What are they doing?

Also, can you see something in Flow logs?
