where can i download all the jars related to thingworx?

I don't know if you can download all the jar files at once, but in my case I use Java SDK and you can dowload it from ThingWorx Marketplace, the link is http://marketplace.thingworx.com/Items/java-sdk ​​and you can find the jar files under the lib folder.
