Tutorial "Operationalize an Analytics Model" Analysis Job/Analysis Event does not sent results back

Hi Team,
I have a problem with the tutorial "Operationalize an Analytics Model". I followed all the steps, but the Analysis Events or the Analysis Job does not sent the results back to the Thing "AMQS_Thing". Is there a known issue?

Hi @kremer 

In Analysis Jobs, do you see the job completed with the expected result ?

If yes, can you please reinstall the ThingWorx Analytics Extension and try again.

if no, do you have an error int he job ?

Thank's for your response. I am not sure if the extension was the problem.. I uninstalled the extension and reinstalled it, but used the version from the marketplace (older version). After reinstalling the extension, all my things were lost or does not show up again, so I switched to the PTC Hosted Server...
