Unable to Create a Login Page form Using Organization

Hi All,

I am creating a login form through Organization and able to create it successfully but

while logging to the page I am getting an error like:

Credentials do not match a valid username-password combination for this Organization. Try again

although I am using the Administaror credential and also created one test user still not able to login

please help me out here.

I followed the steps but still I am getting this error

HTTP Status 405 – Method Not Allowed

Sorry it was by mistake but the issue I am facing now is 

HTTP Status 405 – Method Not Allowed
