Unable to Invoke Service GetGlobalSessionValues on CurrentSessionInfo : null

Problem:

Suddenly I can't execute service GetGlobalSessionValues on CurrentSessionInfo.on CurrentSessionInfo. 

 

I'm using TWX version : 8.4.2.
