I've just created trial ThingWorx Evaluation Server https://PP-1901100731PB.devportal.ptc.io/Thingworx, but can not access it anyhow. Even trying to go to link https://PP-1901100731PB.devportal.ptc.io/Thingworx shows an error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

We've looked into this server again, and I'm afraid that we can access it without issue.
When we attempt to hit that URL, we got a user/pass login request, so the server was definitely up and running.
Is it possible that something in your networking setup is preventing access?
Regardless, if you continue to experience issues, then you may wish to circumvent the entire process by moving to one of the downloadable 120-day trials. You can find them here:

The ThingWorx Developer Portal's 30-day hosted trial runs on a 3-hour timer. 3 hours after starting, it will auto-shutdown.
To continue to utilize the 30-day hosted server, you simply need to restart it.
You may do so from your Profile > Hosting page located here: https://developer.thingworx.com/en/profile/hosting
We have restarted the server as of this writing, but it will auto-shutdown again after 3 hours. Restart it to continue.

The ThingWorx Developer Portal 30-day hosted server is on a 3-hour timer. After 3 hours, it performs an auto-shutdown.
To restart it, simply go to your Profile > Hosting page here: https://developer.thingworx.com/en/profile/hosting
Click the button to restart it for an additional 3 hours.

I can see next info about my server (below) and still not able to access it. It seems to be server is not stopped, but I still can see ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error.
