Unable to send notification mail through SendMessage service of MailServerTemplate's thing

getting this error: "Could not connect to SMTP host: smtp.myhost.com, port: 25"

Where as I am able to send e-mail with same settings using java program.

Tried lots of ways but unsuccessful...

Is anyone able to send emails using MailServer template's thing? Let me know if any special setting needs to be changed.

Hi Rahul,

Is Thingworx behind a proxy server? Which version of ThingWorx are you using. Has the mailserver worked for you in that past? Did you recently upgrade your platform from an older version? If so, you may need to install the latest extension packages.

Hi Saeed,

We are using Thingworx 5.0.2.33 version.

Yes, thingworx server is behind proxy but same as when I am running the java program.

Mailserver haven't worked for me yet and I haven't upgraded my thingworx.

I have used "MailandSQLExtensions" plugin to add mailserver functionality.

And I am not able to find any other version download for mailserver API.
