Visibility on alert history

Visibility on alert history

Is it possible to show on alertHistory only the alerts on things are visible for me?

Explain:

If I have 100 things from the same template and two costumers Alpha and Betha; Alpha only has things from 1 to 50 and Betha from 51 to 100.

Obviously Alpha's things are not visibile to Betha and viceversa.

Both Alpha and Betha put a alert on the their things but, when they go to see alertHistory, they can see all things.

How can I filter the stream?

Sorry, my fault.

The problem was that in the explorer in Things I set these permission

  • Visibility               Everyone
  • Design Time       Users (Read, Update)
  • Runtime              Users (Read, Service Execute)

That's why everyone could see anything

Fabio, if you have set specific visibility permissions on Things, you should not be able to see entries apart from your own Thing. What version of ThingWorx are you using and how has the permissions been set up?

I'm using TW 7.2.5

The permissions are:

Things from 1 to 50:

Visiblity:

     Cus001

RunTime:

Users group: Property Read, Property Write, Service Execute

Things from 51 to 100:

Visiblity:

     Cus002

RunTime:

Users group: Property Read, Property Write, Service Execute

where Cus001 is the Organization which Alpha user belongs, and Cus002 is the Betha's organization.

Ah no worries. Does the visibility permissions reflect correctly now?

Yes it does.
It was just curious because with User Betha I could not see in my "things list" all things which belong to User Alpha (and viceversa) but I did in the alert summary and alert history; that's why I was confused
