Where can I download ThingWorx Utilities 7.2.0?

Hello All,

The title says it all: today only 7.2.1 is available for download from the Tech Support site, but it won't install on my ThingWorx 7.2.0. Is there any way to download a ZIP for 7.2.0?

Constantine Kulak​ , I am attaching screenshot plus steps from where and how I downloaded the ThingWorx Utilities 7.2.0 .

1. Navigate to the PTC ThingWorx & Axeda eSupport page.

2. In the Software Downloads section, click PTC Software Downloads.

3. Click Order or Download Software Updates. Enter your Customer Name and

Customer Number and click Next.

4. Under Step 1: Select the Product Family, click ThingWorx Platform.

5. Under Step 2: Choose Release & Download, click the icon next to Release

7.2.

6. Click the icon next to ThingWorx Utilities and then Most Recent Datecode.

7. Next to TWX-Utilities-7-2-1 click HTTPS or Download Manage

Just an FYI , if you follow the url which I have given , you can ignore majoirty of steps and you can download directly (ignoring first 3 steps ), as it will take you the page shown in screenshot .

Hello Ravi,

Thanks for you reply. My problem is that I need to download 7.2.0, not 7.2.1.

My ThingWorx 7.2.0 won't install Utilities 7.2.1.
