Edge browser support is started from ThingWorx 8.4 release, according to the System Requirements document.

Are you on 8.4 and seeing the behavior?

Hi,

 

I just did a quick test and Grid Advanced on my Mashup was loaded fine.

 Browser: IE 11

 ThingWorx: 8.3.0

Have you tried viewing your mashup with Chrome or Firefox? It might help you to narrow down the cause.
