Windows TWEMS stopped working

I am trying to run Exercise 20 Thingworx Edge Microsever, but when I start the twems.exe it fails with:

It was working at first by stopped.  Not sure what may have changed....

Hi Benjamin,

In order to have the Edge MicroServer connect to ThingWorx, you will need to complete

Exercise 21

. Setting up a +Channel +and starting the XMPP Subsystem should eliminate this error message.

Actually, I had completed the Exercise 21 already.  The issue was the XMPP service needed to be started again after I rebooted my laptop.... forgot the auto start checkbox
