Hi @effpt3
The way to setup Anomaly detection differs depending on the version of ThingWorx you are using.
For release 8.4, check https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS299231
For release 8.3 and below, check https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS265488
https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS302358 is also probably an interesting read to get started with Anomaly detection.
Hope this helps
Kind regards
Christophe

Hii @cmorfin
Is it mandatory to connect KepServer for the sake of Anamoly Detection.
Hi @Surekha
No, not at all, it is presented this way in the 8.3 article only as a way to get some input data but Kepware is in no way mandatory.
All you need is to have a property that receives a signal as its value.
Hope this helps
Kind regards

Hi @cmorfin
Please do suggest the method without kepware, it is confusing when I see this guide. I have a thing which sends values and these are set as properties. What should be the next step I need to do.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Surekha
I am assuming you are using version 8.3.
You need to install the microservices as described in video Deploying training and result microservice.
You then create a anomaly alert, for this you can see the video Creating an Anomaly Alert, but jump to time 2:30 min because the beginning is only when using Kepware to receive data.
You can also find more details in the guide Anomaly-Detection-Guide.pdf which is in the ThingWatcher media, subfolder docs.
Kind regards
Christophe
