assign visibility and run time permissions to all system objects for all users

We are testing different user groups and we want to know if there's way to programmatically give permissions to read system objects. There are uploaded pictures that these user groups dont have access to and would like to know how to properly handle this

Yes for sure, just use AddRunTimePermission and AddInstanceRuntTimePermission services / snippets.
