cannot import extensions

hi everyone,

i'm trying to import the following files for connected field service, but cannot import, validation results is "Not Acceptable".

- ptc-cslm-cfs-accelerator-7.1.1-imports.xml

- ptc-cslm-accelerator-7.1.1-imports.xml

does anyone know how to solve the issue?

current version of thingworx : 7.4.0

    there's no issue on step 5, and the next step is as below.

ptc-cslm-accelerator-<version_number>-imports.xml

Try to nevigate to Monitoring->Application to check the logs; there should be some extension import sequence you should follow, or else

there may be some dependencies for the Extension you imported, so try to find the dependencies in the Application Log.

I checked the Application Log and the following was the result, it didn't show any dependencies...

same problem here, but with a fresh Thingworx 8.1.3 - also when trying to import an xml file.

In this case it's about ptc-sample-mashup-1.8.0-01.xml that gives the error.

Other extensions in .zip files are successfully imported. I zipped this file, but this didn't help...

aha, it turned out one should not do import extension but rather import from file for this one :-)
