get 2nd selected value before select first drop down value

when I select first value using drop down widget, 2nd value should be limited. how to do this service?

for example. if I select production Volume---Milk----UHT Small Pack, in SKU drop down list, it cannot show Whipping Cream 1000 ml.

You must be using a service to populate your drop downs. Under Returned Data -> Selected Rows-
> <your Line property> of the service, <your Line property> will have the value that has been currently selected in the mashup. You could then use this as an input to another service that populates the drop down for SKU and returns only the valid values.
