getImplementingThings and getImplementingThingsWithData services not present for thingtemplate's dynamic services while trying to access from mashup workspace. GetStreamData also not available. My thingworx version is 9.2.3.
I believe getImplementingThings and getImplementingThingsWithData services are not dynamic in nature. They are executed on the current entity only. You can mix these services with other dynamic services for your use case, for example - https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx/platform/r9/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx/Help/Mashup_Builder/DataServicesandLinking/DataServicesandScalableSolutions.html
