how to show multiple values on progress gauge widget

i want to show multiple values with state defination in progress gauge. please refer below attachment for your better understanding and let me know how i design progress gauge as below.

This is not done with the progress gauge, the different apps that have this, use a custom widget, closest you could get with standard widgets is the Pie Chart widget and you could 'fake' it by throwing a shape over the middle of the gauge.
