just install ThingWorx but can not start

I m newbie,  i Just install Tomcat and working fine

then install Thingworx 8 following the instruction but can not be accessed

Wahyu, could you please check the tomcat and the application log for more detail and may be share the exact error here?

Your ThingworxPlatform should not be placed inside your tomcat folder (unless you specify the environment variable for it). Ensure to place it in the root of the drive on which Tomcat is installed.

Also is this a postgresql or h2 installation? If postgresql, ensure it's a 9.4.x version (where x is above 5) and that both of the setup scripts were run.

I start to install the PostGreSQL but I did not find the thinkworxpostgresDBsetup.bat script in Download file neither in foundation 8 or 7.4

where I can find it

Hi wahyu, you have to download the postgres bundle from ptc website.

you can find the PostgresDBSetup and SchemaSetup files in that bundle.
