problen on google map on start mashup

HI All,

I'm using Thinworx 7.4 on windows 7 64 bit.

I donwload the extension TW_Download_Google Maps Widget.zip from a Market Place and I imported it  into Thingworx.

No problem were found.

I used the widget Google Map on a mashup.

When i run 'View Mashup' the mashup on the screen contain  the following error in place of google map

What should I do, can anyone help me?

Hi Dimitri Bologna​,

Could you please the English version of the error to help me understand the meaning.

Also, press F12 in your browser to open Developer tools and check browser logs for any issue.

Also, have you updated the Google Map widget extension to include the Google map API key and then imported in ThingWorx? Please refer to following article for details: https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS188314&lang=en_US
