show/hide debug Tabdisappears when mashup is reloaded or in an organization

Hi,

When I reload the mashup or when I add any mashup into organization and log in as organization. The show/hide tab in the top is disappeared. I wanted to have that tab after logging in to organization and also I wanted to use the show/hide debug info in the tab and is there any way like using a button or any method to expand the tab in runtime and when I wanted to hide the whole tab, I wanted to hide it.

How can I achieve this?

You should be able to toggle it with  Ctrl+Alt+F9
