sslClientAuth in Connectors Configuration

After Windchill Upgradation, In thingworx there was windchill and navigate connectivity issue. So I removed sslClientAuth from BaseURL and changed authentication type to Fixed in connectors. Now the service ValidateConnection status is Success in all connectors. But After Windchill Upgradation, With the same BaseURL https://windchill-dev7.polarisdev.com/Windchill/sslClientAuth and same Authentication Type the Navigate API should work right!!. Any idea on how to make it work with sslClientAuth ??

Hello,

The easiest way to set the connectors up for sslClientAuth would be to re-run the configurator and select 'Windchill Authentication'.  Doing so will automatically configure the connector settings based on what you enter into the configurator.  The Navigate Configurator can be run via the .exe file in the <Thingworx>/NavigateConfigurator directory.  Windchill and Navigate connectivity issues are usually due to either certificate errors or a missed step in the Windchill SSL setup.  You should find a lot of the information you need in Article - CS288050 - Navigate SSL Configuration for Windchill Authentication General Checklist (ptc.com) .    Ensure that Windchill has been correctly setup for SSL and that you have added the needed certificates to the truststore which is used by IntegrationRuntime.  This is the truststore which you enter into the Navigate configurator
