Hi @aletenti2 thanks for checking in!

We have an alpha-version of our APIs that support a workflow where an external system (e.g., ServiceMax or other Field Service Management systems) from a service ticket can trigger or schedule a session; and upon the end of a session - we post back the artifacts collected during their real-time session (metadata and images).

Does this align with the use-case / workflow you have in mind?

Anyway, another my idea is to emulate the Chalk live annotations in a AR experience, do you think it's possible?
