Chalk Cloud Services Description

Hello everybody, 

I've been asked by a customer cyber-security team if PTC has a document that describes or talks about the Chalk Cloud Services (I've attached the slide where they got the reference)

1. Chalk Microservices (authentication, switchboard, directory services, etc.)
2. Chalk Regionalized Microservices (smart proxy, shared space)
3. Chalk Audio/Video Services (signaling, STUN/TURN, etc.)
4. Chalk Admin Center (CAC) web app
5. Chalk for Desktop web app

Can you clarify what type of information you are looking for on these services?

Hi @tmccombie thanks for your reply, basically we have being ask to describe the functionalities of each service components, i.e how video/image contents are processed.

We rely on WebRTC for the audio/video content between participants in a session. Here is a good reference for that: https://webrtc-security.github.io/
